By using PromptIntern you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the platform. Continued use after a change means you accept the update  we'll flag material changes clearly.

One account per person. You're responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password private, use a real name, and give us accurate information. We can suspend accounts that don't meet these basics.

No fabricating work samples, no impersonation, no using AI to fake video rounds, no paying someone else to do your rounds for you. The whole point of PromptIntern is proof  cheating the proof breaks the product for everyone. Violations mean removal and, in serious cases, a permanent ban.

Badges (Rising / Verified / Elite) are awarded based on the four-round standard. We may re-verify, downgrade, or revoke a badge if we find inaccuracies, plagiarism, or misconduct after the fact. Badges represent our assessment at a point in time  not a permanent guarantee of future performance.

The 30-day offer window applies to interns who complete all four verification rounds and remain active on the platform. It is a commitment about opportunity flow and honest feedback  not a guarantee of any specific role, employer, or compensation. Full eligibility rules are shown on the pricing page at the time you apply.

PromptIntern is free for interns. Employers pay for verified access and hiring services under a separate commercial agreement. We'll never spring a hidden fee on a candidate.

You keep ownership of the work you submit — code, decks, videos, writing, everything. By posting it on PromptIntern you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display it to verified employers and to use it to operate the platform. That licence ends when you delete your content, subject to reasonable backup retention.

The platform is provided ‘as is'. We work hard to keep it reliable but we can't promise it will always be perfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which for interns is typically zero).

You can close your account anytime from settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, especially the honest-use rules. On termination, most data is deleted per the privacy policy; some verification and financial records are retained as required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
