Privacy Policy

PromptIntern is operated by PDX Technologies Private Limited (CIN U63990KA2025PTC205032), a company registered at ROC Bangalore under the Companies Act, 2013. When this policy says ‘we', ‘us', or ‘PromptIntern', we mean that company.

Three buckets: (a) details you give us — name, email, phone, work samples, résumé, video responses; (b) verification data generated by the four rounds  scores, notes, badges, screening artefacts; (c) basic usage data  device type, IP, pages visited, feature use. That's it. We don't buy data about you from third parties.

To run the platform: verify your profile, match you with employers, send transactional emails, and improve the product. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell your data to ad networks, and we do not use your work samples to train external AI models.

Verified employers on the platform  but only the parts of your profile you've published, and only after you've opted into a match. Trusted vendors (hosting, email, analytics) that help us run the service, bound by confidentiality. Never sold. Never rented. Never shared with a data broker.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by writing to hello@promptintern.com. Deletion is honoured within 30 days, subject to legal record-keeping obligations we're required to meet.

Active accounts: as long as your account exists. Closed accounts: verification records kept for up to 24 months for fraud prevention and employer disputes; then deleted or fully anonymised. Financial records retained as required by Indian tax and company law.

Data encrypted in transit and at rest. Access on a need-to-know basis with audit logging. Regular reviews of third-party access. No system is perfect  if something goes wrong, we notify affected users promptly and honestly.
